Aromatherapy

What Is Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils extracted from plants to promote physical and psychological well-being. These concentrated natural oils are typically inhaled or applied topically, diluted in carrier oils, to harness their therapeutic properties. Aromatherapy is commonly used to reduce stress, alleviate pain, improve sleep quality, and enhance mood. It supports relaxation, boosts energy, and can assist in managing symptoms of anxiety and depression. The oils utilised, such as lavender, peppermint, and eucalyptus, each offer distinct benefits, making aromatherapy a versatile and holistic approach to health and beauty.

What can we help with?

As a qualified aromatherapist, the use of essential oils and complimentary therapies have been a passion of mine for many years

I provide support using essential oils through different methods, including diffusers, inhalers, bath and cosmetic products, as well as through candles and wax melts. I focus on treating everyone individually and holistically and am happy to discuss your care in relation to your needs and goals.

Please note:
That I am not currently offering massage therapies as I don’t have the facilities for it at present. All of the items made are suitable for use in the comfort of your own home.

I do not presently work with those who are pregnant.
I may also need to receive written permission from your Doctor if you would like to receive treatment while under the care of other healthcare professionals for long-term conditions.

Please feel free to contact me for more details and if you have any queries here.
